Alḥamdulillāh, our Overcoming Overthinking WhatsApp workshop was designed to help sisters replace constant worrying with Tawakkul (trust in Allah) and practical psychological tools.
Through daily reflections, journaling, and Qur’an & Sunnah-based guidance, participants experienced a transformation in their mindset.
